Oakridge unveils 144-apartment project in Upper Mount Gravatt

Oakridge Property Group has unveiled more details of our new 144-apartment project in Upper Mount Gravatt, one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing and sought-after suburbs.

Pavilion The Residences has recently received Development Application approval and is inviting people to register their interest in receiving priority access ahead of an official sales launch in the coming months.

Located close to valuable education, business and transport services, and less than 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Pavilion will encompass three five-storey buildings and more than 700 square metres of landscaped gardens and resident amenity. The project sits alongside the Mimosa Creek nature reserve to create a blend of city convenience and nature retreat.

Pavilion will feature a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with high-quality fittings and finishes, swimming pool, BBQ area, water feature and secluded garden rooms.

Upper Mount Gravatt is transforming into a mini-CBD with extensive shopping, dining, entertainment, sport, health, community and transport infrastructure attracting a diversity of new residents.

According to Australian Bureau of Statistics data, the suburb experienced an almost 20 per cent increase in population between 2014 and 2021. The median price for units in Upper Mount Gravatt rose 8.5 per cent in the 12 months to July 2023, according to Real Estate Institute of Queensland figures.

Oakridge has teamed up with construction partner CS Development Group for our new Pavilion project, which has been designed by MAS Architecture Studio with interior design by Corner iD. Position Property will manage sales at Pavilion.

“Pavilion will be our largest project to date and is another exciting step forward in our vision to be the region’s leading real estate developer, creating high quality, integrated and liveable new homes in Brisbane’s most desirable areas,” said Oakridge Director Andrew Niven.

“We are especially pleased to be partnering with other leading Brisbane-based businesses for design, construction and sales at Pavilion, which illustrates the great depth of experience in our region,” he said.

“Oakridge looks forward to playing an important and positive contribution to the ongoing growth and success of Upper Mount Gravatt.” To find out more about Pavilion or register for priority access, go to
